Introduction to Quantum Computation and Quantum Information
This course is devoted to the fundamentals of quantum computing and quantum information. The course describes in detail the formation and development of quantum mechanics. The basic concepts of a quantum computer and the principles of its operation are considered. Separate lectures of the course are devoted to quantum teleportation and classical cryptography. Important applications of quantum computation and quantum information are described: pharmaceutics, nanoelectronics, new materials, cryptosystem, military science, banking, artificial intelligence, machine learning.
